Tehaleh Parks and Trails
Reflection Park is the perfect gathering space for outdoor fun with family or friends. With picnic tables, fitness equipment and the outdoor lending library, Reflection Park is great for picnics, walks with friends, or quiet times in nature.
Forest Park and Yonder offer an even closer experience with nature. Forest Park features 20 miles of trails through tree-filled forest, while Yonder offers scenic treks through beautiful wetlands. Yonder is the perfect launching pad for the budding naturalist, with up-close views of wetland creatures and ample bird-watching opportunities.
Hounds Hollow is Tehaleh’s fenced in dog park. With lush grass, an agility course, and off-leash trails, this is the perfect place to explore with your pooch.
The Edge at Tehaleh includes a skate park, half basketball court, and graffiti wall. It’s the perfect place for skaters and ballers alike to hone their skills.
Sprout’s Holler is a great place for both kids and adults to get outside. With sports courts/fields, a playground, and a scooter park, its the perfect place for family fun.
Hikes Around Bonney Lake

Mount Rainier National Park
Mountain Rainier National Park was founded in 1889 and is the United States’ 5th National Park. The mountain is home to all sorts of wildlife species, from mountain goats and grouse to our native black bears. Only an hour away, there is no shortage of things to do on the mountain throughout the year.
During the warm summer months there is a plethora of hiking trails to picturesque peaks and cascading waterfalls. These trails range from 0.5 miles to over 15, ensuring there is a place on the mountain for everyone regardless of skill or experience.
In the winter Paradise snow-play area on Mount Rainier is open from December until March, with great spaces for sledding and cross-country skiing. There are also rental shops at the base of the mountain to rent whatever gear you’ll need for your adventures.

Crystal Mountain and Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest
Crystal Mountain is an outdoor wonder located in Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. In the summer it offers wonderful views of the Cascades.
In the winter months Crystal Mountain comes alive. Just an hour away from Bonney Lake, Crystal Mount is home to Crystal Mountain Resort. As Washington State’s largest ski resort, crystal mountain offers outdoor adventure opportunities for all skill levels.
