I found Dave Strum through his Youtube channel, as I was investigating moving to Tehaleh, Wa. from Salt Lake City, Utah. I reached out to Dave and he responded immediately. I traveled to Wa in September and Dave spent most of a beautiful Saturday with me, showing me around and answering all of my questions. He was warm and knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I am still deciding if I want to relocate to Wa, but if I do Dave is my guy! I can recommend him without reservation.

David is an excellent realtor who lives in my neighborhood in Trilogy. He possesses a good knowledge base for explaining trilogy or Tahaleh to residents. He knows the types of benefits from living in a master planned community. David is very knowledgeable about the amenities and conducts trail talks and secret shows to showcase neighborhood artists and performers.

He scheduled several appointments with builders on short notice. He accompanied my wife on new home tours, and his youtube videos provide an excellent overview of the Tehaleh community. The only realtor that we felt comfortable working with at a distance for our out-of-state move.
